By accessing or using any services provided by SEO South ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our services, including our AutoBlog Pro content automation service, SEO consulting, and any related services we provide.
2. Description of Services
SEO South provides search engine optimization services, AI-powered content generation, keyword research, and related digital marketing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in your individual service agreement or order form.
AutoBlog Pro
AutoBlog Pro is our AI-assisted blog content service that generates, optimizes, and publishes blog posts to your WordPress website. Posts are published as drafts or live depending on your selected plan.
SEO Consulting
Our consulting services include technical SEO audits, keyword strategy, competitor analysis, and ongoing optimization recommendations. Results depend on many external factors including search engine algorithms, market competition, and implementation of our recommendations.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or API keys you provide to us for service delivery. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

- Ensure your website is in good standing and not in violation of any third-party terms
- Promptly notify us of any changes to your website, domain, or hosting environment
4. Payment & Billing
All fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Prices are in USD.
Setup Fee
A one-time setup and onboarding fee may apply depending on your selected plan. This fee covers initial configuration, keyword research, and integration with your WordPress site.
Refunds
Due to the labor and AI resource costs involved in content production, we do not offer refunds on completed work. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a resolution.
Late Payment
Accounts with overdue balances may have services paused until payment is received. We reserve the right to terminate accounts with persistent non-payment after 30 days notice.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for services, all content created specifically for your website — including blog posts, images, and copy — is owned by you. SEO South retains no ownership rights over client-specific content once delivered and paid for.
Our methodologies, tools, workflows, proprietary software, and the SEO South brand remain the exclusive intellectual property of SEO South.
6. Client Content
By providing us access to your website, brand materials, or existing content, you grant SEO South a limited license to use that content solely for the purpose of delivering our services. We will not publish, share, or use your content for any other purpose.
You represent and warrant that any content you provide to us does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and complies with all applicable laws.
7. Disclaimers
SEO South does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. Search engine algorithms change frequently and results vary based on competition, website history, and many other factors outside our control.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEO South shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our services.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to SEO South in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you retain ownership of all content already delivered and paid for. We will provide you with any data or files related to your account within 14 days of termination.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use our services in a manner that harms others.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
